1991 Dodge Neon Concept

The 1991 Dodge Neon, a concept car that embraces environmentally friendly attributes with the freedom of open-top driving, is part of Chrysler Corporation’s research to provide future answers to complex environmental issues. Virtually every component on the Dodge Neon is made up of or can be recycled into reusable components. Interior panels are coded to identify the type of plastic, furthering the recycling process. Neon features a manual onboard trash compactor and wheels made from recycled aluminum. Chrysler presented this concept at the 1991 Frankfurt Motor Show.
