The 1993 Honda EVX stands for "Electric Vehicle Experiment".
For the 1993 Tokyo Show, Honda vehicles to the wall: (lay compact EVX ever ground-up electric cars. The second was the FSR, billed as the ideal sedan for the 21st century". It was a technology car with such futurist following, reflective paint, and a front-mounted camera for better visibility in adverse conditions. The wheel-arch treatment front and rear was novel, but the well-laid-out interior was more down-to-earth.
